Which supporters are the happiest?
For the upcoming season: The biggest premier league survey:
Most of Arsenal fans are happier than most of Liverpool fans – mainly women aged 25 or more. Is life shit because arsenal are shit or is it all the other way around…." (Fever pitch).
In the biggest research of approximately 5,000 fans from the U.K (and it keeps on growing), we tried to figure out whether there is a link between the level of happiness and the team you are a fan of.
The results are amazing.... especially when analyzed by gender, age and income level.
Main Results:
We could not find a match between the team's success and the level of happiness of the people, but we could find that the smaller the team, the higher the level of identification and its impact on the fan.
